     To start practicing Yoga generally means to invest on oneself with certain aims and objects. Some come to Yoga just to get healthy and some others desperately to heal a psychological wound. Many nowadays seriously pursue it as the most fulfilling choice of career, Yet very few embraces Yoga out of sheer enjoyment without any serious investment on it.

  Perhaps to start practicing Yoga is easy, but to pursue it steadily and diligently is the most difficult thing. Any practitioner understands how hard it is in the beginning to sustain a continuous motivation. One certainly experiences a countless number of pauses and restarts.

What sets apart a true practitioner from a quitter is the level of will-power, resilience and self-motivation. One needs to have the kind of determination of someone who is bent on to master walking on a tight rope or a slackline. A failure, for him, is nothing but a motivation to try once more.
